See Ellen's Website I've had similar problems with Yahoo who is hosting this website so I thought I'd let you all know what their numbers are.  BEWARE.  If you are using a free service, there is a perky little recording that will tell you to go to the web and seek your help there. Yahoo Customer Service for BUSINESS Customers only: 866-800-8092 And remember to ask them where on any of the myriad of websites they list this number. They will ask for your Yahoo ID, domain name, birthdate, zipcode and security answer.  If you forget any of these you will get no help at all.
